Cholesterol management

At 53, I have a family history of high cholesterol, which has been elevated since age 27. No dietary changes affected my levels, and Crestor managed it effectively for seven years. In January 2006, I began taking 2000mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine daily with Omega 3 Oil. Since then, I've discontinued Crestor, and my cholesterol levels, previously above normal, are now consistently normal. I even regained some lost sensations in my limbs!

I feel as though my blood has become smoother. I began taking this supplement because it lowers cholesterol, as I discovered during my searches. I take it alongside other supplements and have seen clear results in my blood tests every two months. Although not adhering to a strict diet and weighing 100kg, I believe this supplement is effective due to its high ingredient content and efficacy.

L-Carnitine is an excellent supplement for our mitochondria. It reduces cholesterol levels, protects the myocardium, and enhances endurance. The body quickly excretes any excess once an optimum level is exceeded, so I advise using no more than 1-2g of it.
